Michele Da Silva
Bio
Michele Da Silva is of counsel in the Law Offices of Norka M. Schell, LLC’s New York City office. She has an independent practice involving immigration and criminal law.
Ms. Silva earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Rutgers University / Douglass College in May of 2000. She earned her Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) after graduating from Massachusetts School of Law in December of 2011.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Da Silva was employed as an Executive Manager and Head Paralegal at the Law Offices of Norka M. Schell, LLC where she worked from August of 2000 through December of 2008 exclusively with Immigration and Nationality Law. Specifically, Ms. Da Silva worked with a wide range of individuals and employer/companies with employment based legalization and family based legalization.
Today, Ms. Da Silva fights vigorously to defend her client’s causes both in the area of Immigration and Criminal Defense. She is known as aggressive attorney with high standards of professionalism and legal advocacy.
Ms. Da Silva speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.
